Just a few notes before you get started...

[Note 1]: All of these links are sorted in what I figured was the
most effective manner. The link is always under the first letter
of the bands name whether it is a person's name or not. The only
exception is if the band name starts with 'The'. Then it is under
the first letter of the next word in the name. For example - Neil
Young is under 'N' ... as would be 'The Nerds'.
